The position
As Supply Chain Project Coordinator, your key responsibility is to provide essential assistance for a wide range of supply chain projects crucial to Novo Nordisk’s growth journey. You will drive various work streams and collaborate within a team of highly skilled supply chain leaders.
Your key tasks include:
Overseeing the execution of project work streams Supporting in establishing the necessary project governance in collaboration with the project owner or project manager Engaging with stakeholders and effectively managing their expectations Maintaining comprehensive project documentation implementation according to GMP requirements Fostering robust relationships with both our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The job is located in Odense, but for the first 1-2 years frequent travel to the Hillerød/Greater Copenhagen area will be required.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or similar, combined with practical experience in project management or operational/tactical planning Possess a strong business understanding Demonstrate adept stakeholder management skills Showcase fluency in written and spoken English.
