The position
As SAP Process Professional/Master Data Steward, your role involves supporting the implementation of new ERP and planning systems, ensuring high-quality master data alignment with operational processes in DMS II, collaborating with colleagues and local stakeholders to maintain of line of business data, such as new resources, multiple items creation, project execution. You are expected to showcase an interest in understanding the device manufacturing processes and integrating this knowledge with updated system setup and coherent master data across IT systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation of IT and planning systems such as SAP S/4 Hana, OMP, SAP EWM
Establishing and maintaining procedures and processes for continuous master data maintenance in the area, including ad-hoc analysis and development of new standards
Communicating and assisting the supply chain planners across the area
Monitoring the master data quality of the area, ensuring continuous improvement
Representing DMS II in Master Data Steward and ARSU forum.
The job is located in Odense, but for the first 1-2 years frequent travel to the Hillerød/Greater Copenhagen area will be required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
Hold a master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience
Possess expertise in systems such as SAP S/4 Hana, SAP EWM, and OMP, with a focus on master data management in a supply chain function and process optimisation
Show confidence in defining and changing processes related to master data maintenance in alignment with stakeholders
Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
