The position



As a Senior Project Manager Site Development, you will have the following responsibilities:

Plan and execute the construction and engineering civil design for a major greenfield project.

Lead and manage a dedicated team of site and civil specialists.

Coordinate with other construction projects and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Manage site logistics and ensure efficient use of resources.

Oversee water control, waste water management, road construction, civil engineering, soil handling, and pipe installations.

Utilize your experience with climate adaptation and sewer master planning.



Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
